The converted monastery I stayed in offered breathtaking views, a relaxing ambiance, and mouthwatering breakfasts featuring my favorite Tostada con embutidos. The staff's friendliness and the cozy fireplace by reception created an intimate setting where we could unwind after exploring the picturesque mountain trails.This hotel perfectly encapsulated everything I love - from the serene location to the delicious food and charming details of the building. It was a truly fantastic weekend, and I can't wait to return.
